Pet+E.R. Hunt Valley
Pet+E.R. was founded by local, Baltimore-area veterinarians to support patients with emergency and critical care situations. Originally called the Animal Emergency Center, we changed our name in 2003 and moved to a state-of-the-art facility to better serve the veterinary and pet-owning community. In 2023, Pet+E.R. relocated again, to a brand new 50,000 square foot hospital in Hunt Valley.

Pet+E.R. Columbia
In 2016, Pet+E.R. opened its second location in Columbia, MD. Our goal was to expand our service area to provide emergency and specialty veterinary care to pet owners in Howard County and the surrounding areas. To date, Pet+E.R.'s hospitals are two of only a few certified critical care facilities in Maryland that open 24/7.
